    Provide extraordinary customer service to insurance clients and AAA members to ensure satisfaction thereby allowing Club and Agency sales, retention, and profitability goals to be achieved and exceeded.

    Essential Functions Statement(s)

    • Receive and initiate customer service calls and respond to client requests per Agency guidelines, policies and procedures.

    • Maintain client records per Agency guidelines.

    • Maintain expertise and proficiency in using Club, Agency and Insurance Company hardware and software.

    • Assist with training of Agency personnel as needed.

    • Meet or exceed Agency cross-sell and up-sell goals.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

    SKILLS & ABILITIES

    Education :

    High School Diploma or GED Required

    Bachelor's degree preferred or extensive industry knowledge or combination of education and industry knowledge.

     

    Experience : One to two years related experience

    • Microsoft Office
    • Insurance specific software
       

    Certificates & Licenses

    • Property and Casualty License

     


     


    WORK ENVIRONMENT

    This position is in an office environment within a controlled atmosphere building.
