    Hoosier Motor Club is hiring a

    Member Records Representative

     

    Utilize knowledge of AAA products and services to effectively sell memberships. Process memberships, AAA/VISA transactions, and enter and verify all membership input data from user source documents with prompt, professional Five Diamond Service to staff.

    Responsibilities

     

     

    1. Enter alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into computer following format displayed on screen.
    2. Compare data entered with source documents, or re-enters data in verification format on screen to detect errors. 
    3. Maintain proficient knowledge of all AAA products and services to effectively sell and retain memberships
    4. Organize and balance receipts for new and renewal processing from Member Records Department input each day.
    5. Follow standardized procedures which include special handling and exceptions for daily membership processing. 
    6. Maintain user documentation for data entry functions. 
    7. Provide clerical support including responding to inquiries to membership status, completing required worksheets, mailing membership cards and kits and other clerical and filing duties.
    8. Perform other duties as requested by management. 

     

     

     

    Qualifications

    Education and/or Experience Requirements:

     

    High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one year of inside sales or customer service experience or equivalent experience.
